Request account deletion

You do not need the app to ask us to delete your account. Submit the email address tied to your A To Z Nutritionist account and our team will process the request.

Prefer to do it yourself? Open the app → Settings → account menu → Delete account. You can also email privacy@atoznutritionist.com with questions.

What gets deleted

  • Your login and profile (name, email, password)
  • Goals, allergies, dietary restrictions, and health conditions you saved
  • Meal plans, nutrition plans, and weekly check-ins
  • Food scans, calorie logs, and scan photos
  • Support and condition chat messages
